TheHunt respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is TheHunt’s policy, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others. A “repeat infringer” is a user of The Hunt who infringes the intellectual property rights of others at least 3 times.
TheHunt complies as a service provider with all applicable provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website here . TheHunt will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement committed using the TheHunt.com website or apps (collectively, the "Site") that are reported to TheHunt's Designated Agent, identified below.
If you are a copyright or other intellectual property owner, are authorized to act on behalf of one, or are authorized to act under any exclusive copyright or other intellectual property right, please report alleged infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to TheHunt's designated agent for such notices. Upon receipt of a notice containing the information described below, TheHunt will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material from the Site.
