COMMUNITY MANAGER

We are looking for an amazing community manager to help us bring people together online and off. We believe in nurturing our fashion-focused and expressive users so that they can use The Hunt effectively and help us build the best product possible. As an early-stage contributor joining our community team, you will have a huge influence sculpting our community and shaping the products that we build.

In addition to being adept at understanding and interacting with our users, you should be able to:

• Create content that highlights the members of the site
• Curate styles, looks and products
• Be willing to try new things to bring an audience together
• Research and present ideas to improve engagement with our products
• Moderate our forums
• Manage our blog and social networking accounts
• Contribute website copy and answer long standing empty hunts
• Manage student ambassadors on college campuses
• Reach out to our most active members
• Organize events with top hunters in cities across the world
• Help us build a team

You should also have...

• Deep passion about shopping and fashion
• Significant awareness of latest trends and styles with an eye for putting together looks and outfits
• Direct experience with social media and blogging platforms
• Experience working in a start-up environment

You should live in or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.

USER EXPERIENCE

We're hunting for someone with expertise in user experience and usability. You will own the space and have a huge impact on the evolution of our product as we are a very small, early stage team. A competitive salary and equity package is part of the benefit as well as an opportunity to make a name for yourself working on an addictive, consumer facing application. We work in a rapid, interative fashion and deploy updates to the website daily, so you will need to be comfortable making incremental updates in response to intuition, testing and user feedback.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

The engineer we are looking for is obsessed with building world-class web applications, can crank out features and find and fix bugs fast. You need to be able to work independently and autonomously but prioritize the needs of the company and the team. Mobile app development is a huge plus.
